Refactor Docker setup for improved organization and isolation. Split Docker Compose configuration into three distinct files: common.yml, local.yml, and e2e.yml. Update run scripts to utilize the new structure and ensure E2E environment is fully isolated with dedicated configurations and automatic resource creation. 7991fc1357

feat(backend): core data models, migrations, and test environment alignment ... b801289b3c

- Add applications, files (documents), and status-history modules with CRUD APIs
- Add TypeORM migration for applications tables
- Load .env.test from backend root when NODE_ENV=test (ConfigModule, data-source)
- Add load-env-path helper and specs; quiet misleading database-test mock logs
- Update docker E2e script, package.json test scripts, CHANGELOG, tasks.md
