Enhance ATECC608 driver command handling with new Awake state ... ecc2b61ae4

- Introduced `CommandEndState::Awake` to keep the device awake for dependent commands.
- Updated several functions to accept an `end_state` parameter, allowing for more flexible command execution.
- Modified documentation to clarify the behavior of commands when the device remains awake.
- Adjusted tests to reflect changes in command expectations and device state management.

### Fixed — ephemeral TempKey ECDH after Idle

- `ephemeral_ecdh_tempkey()` now issues an explicit **Wake** after GenKey leaves the device **Idle** and before the dependent TempKey ECDH command. An idle ATECC ignores I²C command tokens until Wake; skipping Wake could leave the ECDH step unrunnable while TempKey was still valid.
- TempKey remains preserved across the Idle → Wake transition; Sleep cleanup on all exit paths is unchanged.
- README TempKey/ECDH lifecycle docs and `ephemeral_ecdh_tempkey` mock expectations updated to reflect `GenKey → Idle → Wake → ECDH → Sleep`.
