fix(auth): remove the dead sensor consumer class ... 78c3064f28

Sensors reach the backend exclusively through the bridge, and the
boolean sensor stream had no producer and no consumer: the
BooleanSensorService gRPC surface, the Sensor role, and the
AUTH_SENSOR_TOKEN startup credential served nothing. The bridge and
web flows, the per-service authorization matrix, and the database
persistence of installed sensors are unchanged; startup now requires
only AUTH_BRIDGE_TOKEN and stays fail-closed.
