The hardened CORS allowlist was https-only, so the frontend E2E (the
Cypress/Vite preview origin http://localhost:4173) could not start the
server at all. Plain http is now accepted only for the literal loopback
hosts localhost and 127.0.0.1 (any port), decided on the parsed URI
host; ::1, localhost subdomains, loopback-resolving names, userinfo,
paths, fragments, wildcards, duplicates, and malformed or out-of-range
ports stay rejected. A single trailing slash remains normalized.
