Update LIS2DH12 driver to version 1.0.4 ... fd07d098d3

- Bump version in `Cargo.toml` and `Cargo.lock` to 1.0.4.
- Enhance CI workflows with shared checks and security measures.
- Introduce `check-version-sync.sh` script to enforce version consistency between `Cargo.toml` and `CHANGELOG.md`.
- Update README with new CI commands and security notes.
- Document changes in `CHANGELOG.md` for version 1.0.4.
